Sure you’ve heard this Mother Teresa quote? “If you judge people, you have no time to love them.” Mother Teresa of course offered a shining example of how to love through devoting her entire life to helping the poor, sick, needy, and helpless. And rather than judging the people she encountered, she simply loved them, in the best way she knew how! I wanted to remind you of this today … Because it’s so powerful to simply love. To release judgements, and stay present in the moment where you can be kind and compassionate to yourself and others. And when you do catch yourself judging … Take a moment to step back, and then choose to send a blessing instead. This works whether you catch yourself judging yourself or another. When you do choose to shift … And send a blessing of love, light, kindness, or compassion … You change your point of attraction, and through sending out the energy of the New Consciousness … The energy of Blessings … By sending even the most simple, silent blessing, you’re taking a small step, and contributing towards truly call forth the highest possible timeline both for yourself and all. So love instead of judge … And when you do catch yourself judging … Pivot, and simply send a silent blessing instead. With love, light and blessings, Uh can I be you please  [🙂]

As to a “Current” to only in the “present” currents rises ”tides” up stairs in open minds we continue to reflect the rainbows as beginnings we slide to make the world a better place is what you wanted and when I ask you let me know in all colorful rays of luminous light you are me and I am in the making of each day of you as I ask what would josh do  [🙂]
